| Our secret recipes were developed following traditional patty making processes used by bakers who have been supplying patties to a discerning public for generations. |

| Our patties are generously filled with - exotic spicy beef, chicken or vegetable and enveloped in melt-in-your mouth pastry. Our homemade style fillings are flavoured with the exquisite taste of Scotch Bonnet peppers and Jamaican thyme, while our golden pastry is flaky and crispy for great mouth-feel. |
Currently, five delicious flavours are available:
| Two sizes to suit any menu: |
| Original size unbaked patty - 150 grams |
| Original size baked patty - 140 grams |
| Cocktail size patty - 30 grams |
Port Royal patties are mainly sold baked and chilled, however they are also sold frozen and unbaked for bake-off in boxes of 20 and 40. The baked and chilled product has a 17 day shelf life whereas the frozen and unbaked product has a one year shelf life when frozen below -18°C.
| Baking Instructions: |
| Bake at 200 °C / 400°F / Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 minutes?? for Original Size and 10-15 minutes for Cocktail Size until crust is flaky and filling is piping hot. |

| Reheating
Instructions: |
| Remove from packaging, reheat for 15-20 minutes at 200 °C / 400°F / Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes. |
| Suggested Serving: |
| Original size - Serve warm with chips and side salad or as a hand-held snack. |
| Cocktail patties - Serve as appetisers with garnish or with chutney dipping sauce. |
