Our secret recipes were developed following traditional patty making processes used by bakers who have been supplying patties to a discerning public for generations. Our patties are generously filled with exotic spicy beef, fish, chicken and vegetable and enveloped in melt-in-your mouth pastry. Our homemade style fillings are flavoured with the exquisite taste of Scotch Bonnet peppers and Jamaican thyme, while our golden pastry is flaky and crispy for great mouth-feel.
Baking Instructions
Bake at 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 5 for 25-30 minutes? for Original Size and 10-15 minutes for Cocktail Size until crust is flaky and filling is piping hot.
Reheating Instructions
Remove from packaging, reheat for 15-20 minutes at 200°C / 400°F / Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes.
