Launched in 2001, with Jamaican shareholding and management, the company, along with over 20 staff from Jamaica, Africa, Europe and Latin America, has achieved sales in excess of £1 million. From its hub in North-West London, Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Saltfish and Vegetarian Patties are produced to secret Jamaican recipes of such quality that they were test-marketed in Jamaica with results that exceeded even the most optimistic expectations. The unique blend of herbs and spices, many of which are imported from Jamaica, are combined with the highest quality ingredients and quality control to produce Patties that literally set alight all taste sensations. Port Royal Patties are available in supermarkets, such as ASDA, Budgens, Tesco and in good West Indian stores. The appeal for the Patties has extended beyond the traditional base of Caribbean people.
